The products are great but the delivery and customer service is truly terrible. I've been waiting over two weeks for my delivery to arrive. I ordered products during Swiitch Week in November. They use CourierIt as their courier. The Waybill was created on 1 December (It's now the 13th). This is the fourth day that I've gotten a message from the courier to say that delivery will happen today. I'm still waiting. When I got in touch with Swiitch Beauty's customer service representative to assist, her advice to me was to telephone the CourierIt Cape Town depot and told me that I could find their number on Google. Literally the worst customer service I've ever received.
Complete mess up of order number 551 7068<br> On Monday 2 November, I placed an order for the following items:<br> 1. Alex Liddy Old Fashion Glass - set 6<br> <br> 2. Russell Hobbs Rim Shape Dinner Set - 16 Piece<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> The estimated delivery date was 4 November 2015. Nothing arrived and so on 10 November, I queried what had happened, only to find out that my items were lying in a warehouse somewhere.<br> <br> <br> <br> On 11 November, A Russell Hobbs Dinner set was delivered. However, when I look at my Takealot account, it says that the other three items were delivered. None of these items have been delivered. Furthermore, the Dinner set that was delivered, has a chipped mug.<br> <br> <br> I have not received three of the four items ordered, despite the fact that my account says that these items have been delivered. It's now 20 November, another 9 days later. I've requested a refund and nothing has been done and nothing has been received on my end. This is such pathetic service. You've charged me over R2000 but given me nothing. I won't be using Takealot again. I'd like my money back.
