We have rented an exhibition stand, my valuables were stolen from the shop. The center management was and have been completely unhelpful, the security in this mall is terrible. They don't do anything to help and have nothing but an attitude. This mall is not safe! not safe for customers or tenants, they want your money just as bad as the thieves lurking around these halls. BE VERY CAREFUL HERE! Pier Botha is the manager here, good luck trying to get assistance from him, he will tell you in common so there is nothing he can do to fix up his more to protect his customers. Worst part is, the mall doesn't have someone to operate the cameras on weekends, which means you can steel blind and they can't find you, how do I know this, I'm still waiting for the tapes, where I got told I can't see them until I get a police report, even when they fully know what has happened in their premises. BE WARNED, thank goodness there are bigger and better, EastRand Mall, you don't deserve your customer's money or their time coming through to your mall where you have zero respect for their safety or their property. Pier, you are not good at your job and it filters all the way through as it shows through the way this mall is run. POORLY, don't want to take it from me, look at the reviews above, all the same thing, security is terrible!!!!
I have had a webafrica account now for less than four months. Since I have joined I have called them more times than I speak to my mother. The sad reality is the poor service and time frame to get support from WebAfrica. I can hold for no less that 15-45 mins minimum to get through. At this point when you line is down, emails are not working, or needing assistance with the customer zone, support is non existent. You might get lucky and get someone who is willing to assist you, but 8-10 times you wont. I admit I am someone who can get upset quickly especially when you dont have time and you have to waist an hour for something simple. I had my final blow out and instead of focusing on the problem, the same issues, I get ALVI a technical supervisor who clearly is a hero behind his desk but in the big world, nothing at all. He decided to call me with his back up and tell me that I am no longer aloud to have their service, he then cut my emails, created serious problems with my business site and created down time for me for a day which ended in loss for my business. No respect, yet they feel that they deserve it. Rather spend my money with a provider that is cheaper and better service.
