On Saturday we went to Pedro's eastrand mall the casher nokubonga waa very helpful and i will like to thenk tge the waitron lezzy for bringing our food nice and hot

PEDROS EASTRAND MALL- POOR SERVICE(CHICKEN PORTIONS SHORT)
I would discourage anyone from ordering food at PEDROS EASTRAND MALL, I ordered from them a few times, because they are close where I stay. 1.The chicken looks like they steam it and when you come to buy they just coat it with sauce, warm it on the grill. 2 If I order on MR DELIVERY the chicken is always short, last night I popped in there again. the last time, I ordered a full chicken, chips & pap. When I got home to dish, I noticed that the chicken is short and the 2portions is missing again!!!(actually the portions don't even look like it comes from the same chicken. I sent in a complain and got a condescending response from their management" thank you for the 5star rating" really, go take lessons for preparing food from LAKESIDE PEDROS!!!

Crime at eastrand mall / eastpoint
My experience was not good today I was at east point, by the gym company entrance at the parking pay station. I saw a white elderly couple get ****** by 6 or 7 black guys 1 of the was wearing all black and he hade a radio, pretending to be a security, the other one was wearing a reflector vest the rest were wearing Normal close, acting like Normal people who wants to help but they were part of destructing the victim. The stole the old man bank car, as he was about to pay for parking, they use to do this crime by taking tourists bank cards at the atm’s but now the have moved to the parking pay station by the door and it is simply because they know it is east to get away. What annoys me the most is the fact that. The guy who was part of this crime, is the very same guy was arrested at eastrand mall last year December and the east point management still allows these guys to have access into the mall Unfortunately I could not alert the victims because, they left 2 guys behind as a watch out and to also destruct the victim so that the guys who commuted the crime can get way fast and I also did not wanna put my life in danger as I know these guys and if the watch out guys saw me giving the victim a heads up I would be putting my life at risk I am so sorry to the victims and I just feel guilty for not blowing the whistle This happened at east point gym company entrance at the car parking pay point at around 4 o clock or just before, please go and rewind the cameras you will see what I am talking about and this case was also reported to the security and the guys who assist at the pay station and honestly I do not know why there was no one assisting customers at the pay station and I hope they were not given cold drink to allow these ********s access to **** innocent people

If I had the option to rate them in the minus I would! I've bought a car from them three weeks ago. The sales lady I unfortunately had to deal with was untruthful, rude and unprofessional from the start. She told me the car's Natis and other documents regarding the sale of the vehicle would be sent to me via Postnet within the same week I have purchased the car. I waited ten days before I started to enquire about the documents. Another person by the name of Mike phoned me just to tell me the documents were accidently sent to the wrong branch but that they will send it as soon as they receive them. Another week passed and my husband phoned their customer department. The person on the other end were clueless and could only promise to escalate my queries to someone at the Carzuka Eastrand Mall. Another week passed. I whatsapp ed the sales lady named Leratho about the documents on with she answered that the documents were sent to me with postnet. I requested the tracking number, she replied by saying she did send it to me. Lie! She didn't! When I confronted her with the lie she chose to ignore me. Today I requested the tracking number again from her. She sent me someone else's tracking number for who knows what and after I told her to check the waybill as it did not match my details she deleted the picture of the waybill. She then told me to go fetch the document myself from someone. She only sent me a number of of a person to phone and get his address and name of his dealership. This is unacceptable behavior from a so called trusted and reputable company. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! I will take this further tomorrow because their business hours are only until five in the afternoon.

Worst experience ever. Over promise and under deliver. Been waiting for a month on freelace headphones and have applied for a contract and have been told that I need to wait for tge vetting which takes 3 working days. One week later and no come back. I feel that no one should believe their promises as it fails.

SECURITY TERRIBLE
We have rented an exhibition stand, my valuables were stolen from the shop. The center management was and have been completely unhelpful, the security in this mall is terrible. They don't do anything to help and have nothing but an attitude. This mall is not safe! not safe for customers or tenants, they want your money just as bad as the thieves lurking around these halls. BE VERY CAREFUL HERE! Pier Botha is the manager here, good luck trying to get assistance from him, he will tell you in common so there is nothing he can do to fix up his more to protect his customers. Worst part is, the mall doesn't have someone to operate the cameras on weekends, which means you can steel blind and they can't find you, how do I know this, I'm still waiting for the tapes, where I got told I can't see them until I get a police report, even when they fully know what has happened in their premises. BE WARNED, thank goodness there are bigger and better, EastRand Mall, you don't deserve your customer's money or their time coming through to your mall where you have zero respect for their safety or their property. Pier, you are not good at your job and it filters all the way through as it shows through the way this mall is run. POORLY, don't want to take it from me, look at the reviews above, all the same thing, security is terrible!!!!
