Below is my reply to Gomelo after I received an email from Gomelo, welcoming me with the registration they did on my behalf when the created an account, username and password. Their email address was from noreply@gomelo.co.za so I forwarded their email with my reply to themselves at info@gomelo.co.za ... I refer to the forwarded email below. Please remove my details from your database. It is an invasion of my privacy and ***** to create an account, username and password for me by yourselves. Where did you get my email address? You don't even have a subscribe button in your email. Not giving anyone a choice is the most arrogant I've ever seen or heard of. You should be ashamed of yourselves but I guess you won't be because you never even rep**** to any of the bad reviews on HelloPeter.com. You are a bunch of "*****s" as quoted from HelloPeter.com with all the other negative comments that were there about you.
My claim for my car's cracked windscreen was dealt with quick and effective on the phone. I was very satisfied and also surprised at receiving such 5 star service especially nowadays.

Spoke to Avinash from Mondo Customer Care yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised by the gentleman's friendliness and insight of my query and the professional manner he dealt with my query and even apologised even though it wasn't that much of a problem. I wish this type of service can become the new normal instead of what we have to put up with for far too long.
