Deposit not paid back
I submitted all my documents for my deposit to be refunded last week and up until today nothing has been paid to my account. I then decided to call them today only to be told that the lady who does recons is on leave! What makes things worse is I spoke to the same lady last week a d she never mentioned anything to me about going on leave and her email doesn't have auto response 😕 This is the West rand office.

Appalling service
My aunt app**** for Medshield medical aid and her application is still in progress pending underwriting till today!!! We have made several calls to Medshield to find out what is the delay and we get different stories all the time. The last person we spoke to said they're waiting for a membership certificate from Wits even though an affidavit was attached on the original application explaining that Wits medical no longer exists. The service we've received is very appalling to say the least.

Pathetic service from Outsurance home insurance
Im so frustrated and angry about how Outsurance home insurance has handled my claim! My family and I have be inconvenienced every day due to lack of service from your company! I was promised by Carl who is the Manager yesterday that my claim would be finalized as soon as possible but up until this moment there's no plumber at my place. Im always the one who has to make constant follow ups coz Outsurance just doesn't care! Outsurance please fix my leaking water pipes, I need hot water!!!!! You guys deserve a zero honestly, I'm just generous by even giving you this 1 star

Excellent service received from Melissa Esterhuizen, she's truly amazing. She handled my query very well and followed up to make sure that the outstanding documents were forwarded to relevant department.

Horrible service from estate late
Horrible service received from Ashie Moodley from estate late department. Its actually unbelievable that Absa employs people that are so rude and have no empathy. With this said I'm even thinking of canceling my account with you.
