I wish there were more stars to give... Today I had the pleasure of speaking to Leverne @ Afriskuld. What an absolute breath of fresh air for customer service this young lady is! I am not even a customer of theirs and she called me within 15mins from an online assistance request. After very quick finding that she cannot assist directly, she spent another easily 30mins our of her selling day to assist me with a crisis I have with another debt company! I cannot wait for the NCR to kick the "other" company in the teeth and allow me to join Afriskuld. Side note to top management at Afriskuld.... Take care of this lady! This is how you create a name for yourself through magnificent assistance and service!! WOW... And add a raise while you at it ;-)
Be extremely careful when dealing with this company and affiliated My Debt Hero. They are extremely quick to sign you up but then when you need updates or information there is less than zero support. Their customer service mail doesnt work, call centre is even more useless and mail to direct individuals (10 in one mail) cannot seem to find time of day to assist. Just dont!
I wish I could score Cell C a solid 0. To say the service is pathetic could be considered a compliment. To stay with them and find signal is nigh on impossible and to cancel said contract (and pay for the cancellation due to their pathetic network and service) is even more difficult. Anyone that might have considered making use of this service please note that there is mostly no signal, to speak to someone to advise or assist is a no go, when you attempt to cancel the contract you pay a cancellation fee and then once paid YOU have to call them to ask if your funds reflect. Low and behold you cannot share the POP to use as proof, oh no not for the almighty CELLC. No, No, you will call back 24hours later hoping that the amazing person on the line actually knows how to use their own systems and can find/see your payment. And this dear friend, is a lovely dance you will be doing with this pathetic service provider until the Kingdom comes! Do not, I repeat. Please DO NOT fall for their marketing and sign up! You will be stuck for life!
I wish I could give less than one star! How is it possible that CellC entire customer service centre cannot advise why CellC is not allowing me to port my number to another service provider? Due to the utterly useless cell signal I am forced to go through this process and yet you just prove after every attempt to call customer service why it is best to move away from CellC. Now wonder no one wants to be part of your sub par network.
Absolute worst service ever experienced! License handed in and paid for via SPAR retail crossing on 27 October 2022 and after nearly 6weeks still no license to collect. Now whether it is utter incompetence from all 3 x employees I have tried to have this resolved or sheer luck I cannot confirm but I can warn you and advise that the licensing offices direct would be a better option! This is supposed to be a service that alleviates frustration yet this has been the most infuriating process ever. From no feedback or reply to having to pay extra as result of their incompetence and delays - I can only warn you not to make use of the service! Utterly pathetic..
I got charged an amount of R 395.00 on 29/02/2016 for some 4-in-1 package I have apparently signed up for?? <br> I applied for a small loan from LoanfinderSA webpage (linked from Google) and apparently signed up for this package? Funny thing is that to date I have not had any feedback from LoandfinderSA or anything at all. This is not to mention that I have been swindled out of R 395.00 on some way! Oh and here is a fun fact: Spoke to a lady to assist with a refund and got the email addresses that I have to mail ie [Email Removed] and guess what THE ADDRESS doesn't work? Nor can I access the online CLIENT ZONE to see how to cancel this IMMEDAITELY<br> I wish people would stop taking your hard earned cash for just any reason you are not clear on!
