I've had the worst service with the Johannesburg branch, the delivered my product 3 weeks after payment, yet they are 5 mins away. They company phones are answered once after 30mins. it seems the production guys are not accountable to anyone, they fail to get the right angles of my product. It's been 5 weeks now i'm still waiting for my Ridges cause they forgot to load them with the first batch. The sales staff can't even help once the production guys take over the job, the logistics dept. is sleeping on the job. worst experience ever. They behave like some small family business.
I bought a pair of size 9 Nike running shoe in Nelspruit, when I get home I find it's a size 8 and 10, both left shoes. hows does this happen? How do I travel back to Nelspruit to change this mess since i'm in Swaziland?
The Swazi office never answers calls at the call centre. I spend days trying to call them. I don't see any reasons why they even have that number, its alike calling a govt office.
