good morning I'm from port Elizabeth the service wht i got from the pe branch is bad i tht buy 0.4mmx4.2m roof sheets from the branch and the material mark 0.4mm but it not good material i ask the guy to get back to me and the sales tel you i will get back to you at 9am tomorrow morning then they don't never macsteel will see me again was my 1st time buying from them and it was the last time even i will not recommend my friend or family ens to them

I've had the worst service with the Johannesburg branch, the delivered my product 3 weeks after payment, yet they are 5 mins away. They company phones are answered once after 30mins. it seems the production guys are not accountable to anyone, they fail to get the right angles of my product. It's been 5 weeks now i'm still waiting for my Ridges cause they forgot to load them with the first batch. The sales staff can't even help once the production guys take over the job, the logistics dept. is sleeping on the job. worst experience ever. They behave like some small family business.

I've had the worst service with the Johannesburg branch, the delivered my product 3 weeks after payment, yet they are 5 mins away. They company phones are answered once after 30mins. it seems the production guys are not accountable to anyone, they fail to get the right angles of my product. Good day We eventually received all our steel today after almost two weeks. Our first bad experience started when we went to your Macsteel Nelspruit branch on the 27th November. As on the same day that evening we paid EFT and especially emailed Pretty back with proof of payment exactly for the reason being that they can keep the steel for us out as Pretty confirmed the same Friday that there is stock on hand. On Monday I followed up with Pretty my email and proof of payment, she replied back that she cannot open my proof of payment and without letting me know as I had to follow up all the time. I emailed her again the proof of payment. By Wednesday I follow up again myself to find out she still could not open my proof of payment again she didn't inform me that. In meantime she told us that there is no stock for the spesific size we are looking for. I asked for the Manager, Amrie and she explained to me that if you pay with your card directly they book the steel out immediately and said they was suppose to explain that to us when we got the quote with banking details. As we were not very happy already with everything the way it was and with no good service at all. Eventually after allot of frustration and calls, Pretty came back with another thinner size steel. The manager, Amrie called back for the first time today telling my husband that we don't communicate with each other, for what reason, I don't know. She didn't even called us back the first time we queried and complained about no stock available. They delivered the thinner steel today without calling us back. We are really very very unhappy with Macsteel service in Nelspruit and will never buy there again. Now the worst of all, there is a credit balance of R1 044.90 left that they must credit us. We want out credit balance of R1 044.90 back. And I called Amrie now half an our ago she again didn't call me back. The original amount we paid was R4 397.80 The two Invoice amounts of steel we received was as follows: R950.60 R2 402.30 TOTAL: R3 352.90 Which means we paid total of R4 397.80 - R3 352.90 Total R1 044.90 Credit balance owing to us Francesca Cell 073 8539382

I spoke to a guy by the name of Sizakele Damba I requested a quotation and I wanted clarity on what he quoted me and he shouted at me. I am a customer Macsteel is a supplier in the organization I work for I don’t appreciate how he was talking to me so unprofessional and rude.

In 4th July 2017 I placed and order for some piping with Macsteel Trading Germiston South. Since then I've continually had to e-mail them to get an update of what was happening with my order. I was then promised it would be delivered last week Monday or Tuesday. On Thursday I send another request for a status update. I was promised it would be delivered that Friday. So I took a day off work so I could be there to offload the products. But lo and behold once again nothing was delivered. No phone call or email to apologize, just nothing. It's now 28 August 2017. Almost 2 months since I paid! I'm an extremely patient person, but this is going too far. Amazing how a company with this disgusting service can become so big?!
