We bought vehicle in July 2025. Mobilis Auto Cherry Kempton Park charged me already on my vehicle contract for mp registration and license disk. Plus we had to do roadworthy test again for R570. Now the Dealer Principal Amanda Louw don't want to give me back the R570. She said we got thr vehicle when it was still two months valid.NOBODY and not even the sales person Given told us aboutvthe two months roadworthy timeframe. Appart from this, I emailed Mobilis Auto my banking details? With the Invoice of R1310 and the R570 for Roadworthy. I am still waiting. What must I do nowwwww???!!! Francesca
Takealot is pathetic. Priduct and Service is very very bad. We bought two chairs, was scratched, cushion sat on its once, it then tore. They didn't send us the trays. Takealot refuse to give me back my money. They don't come back to me. They don't send me new chairs, which wasn't what I wanted. Now I paid for the chairs, don't have anything and they owe me my money or at least new chairs. I paid over R2000 and they don't send my anything back. I want my money!!!! They just don't come back to me at all. Ignored all six emails, four plus phone calls. I can't answer my phone. I even asked them today to call me at work by 0137457141. Still nothing. I want my refund. Takealot owe me over R2000!!!!!!

Good day After numerous emails, without any progress, for this reasomn I am loading a complaint now on hallo peter. It seems like noboddy understand what is going on. Firstly a takealot consultant requested to refund twe items that I didn't get. But they sended me two incorrect itrms of someone else that I did send back. Its now another week later, after I logged the problem and after about 4 calls and 4 to 5 consultant reply back, still no progress. In total I am waiting now 4 weeks for these two items. It seems like takealot is waiting for these two Items to refund me. I cannot send something back that I didn't get. I asked tskeslot now to please credit my take alot account with these two items attached. I DIDN'T GET THESE TWO ITEMS. PLEASE CAN YOU JUST REFUND MY TAKEALOT ACCOUNT Let see if something is going to happen ot if hallo peter do something about it. FRANCESCA
Good day I just want to share our experience and excellent service me and my daughter received from Cindy Barros on Saturday the 20th March 2021 at Standard Bank Nelspruit Crossings branch. We went to Standard Bank to apply for a student loan. Although a student loan is not a quick and easy application, she still assisted us patiently and with the good service we received, she went the extra mile and with a great and thankfull heart, my daughters student loan got approved, which is a very important application regarding a person's career. I hope she will be rewarded for her good and successfull work towards Standard Bank as she really deserves it!!!
We logged a claim on 1st February 2021 due to storm. We are with Stb Insurance since 2007. Not even to mention the last few times when we wanted to claim, either the excess is more than the damage or Stb got a excuse to pay out. This is exactly again a big struggle just to get our wall fix. It's now three weeks since we logged our claim. Someone came out two days after the claim logged. He took pictures to submit it to stb and this is now 19 days later!!! And no one calls us back. We even use the stb email addresse as follows to ask what is going on: HOCclaims@standardbank.o.za communications.sil@standardbank.co.za rethagetse.molusioa@standardbank.co.za BUT STILL NO ONE, IT'S A DEAD END Every time for about four times, I called Stb claims dept on 080 123 444, holding on for between 20 minutes to 45 minutes. Still no one call you back after this. My last call was last week on the 18the February 2021, I spoke to a Martha, confirmed that my claim was approved. I then asked why is it taking so long, she said they don't have any contractors available and I asked please can they pay out the money for the damaged assessed, so that we can fix the wall ourselves. They said we can send another quote so they can pay us out to fix the wall ourselves, as there is no one available and our nabour is giving us pressure of the wall damaged. We do have someone available to fix the wall immediately. If my claim isn't fixed asap or my problem not resolved, I will take it further. We are paying allot of money for this insurance and everytime Standard bank got problems assisting us with our claims. It's now 4 days since I sended the email with another quotation. We are more than frustrated and is not going to leave this here until Standard Bank fix our wall Deon Cell 082 7474841
Good day I ordered a Ultra HD 4K HDMI Splitter, tracking no: UF362166768YP on the 15th August 2020 already which now is FOUR MONTHS and no parcel!!! I even sended an email to Ebay and the seller, about a few days already and not even Ebay came back to me. I emailed and followed up numerous times to try and find out where my parcel is, but everytime the seller, which is LANYELLIANG818513(390) he keep on telling me sorry and that he will follow up. But further nothing happens. The worst of all is that Ebay service is very very bad. They don't even take ownership for my problem and I am sooo frustrated and will never ever buy at Ebay. I am definitely going to tell all my friends of my bad and terrible experience with Ebay. I even asked please I want my money back, but no replay at all from Ebay or the seller. I also see on the current reviews that there is other customers also battling to get their money back. This is really not acceptable and no one wants to order something, pay for it and don't get any parcel Francesca

There was days that I was frustrated but there was also days that things was just moving smoothly, and I am writing this review to thank one person in special, Lucy Davids. With each and every query, obstacle that I was facing, name the query or problem, Lucy sorted all my queries out. When I send an email, phone call, Lucy gave me feedback and always took ownership for my queries and requests. One thing is fore sure, Lucy Davids knows what she is doing and is definitely an asset for Debt Rescue. Good day We eventually received all our steel today after almost two weeks. Our first bad experience started when we went to your Macsteel Nelspruit branch on the 27th November. As on the same day that evening we paid EFT and especially emailed Pretty back with proof of payment exactly for the reason being that they can keep the steel for us out as Pretty confirmed the same Friday that there is stock on hand. On Monday I followed up with Pretty my email and proof of payment, she replied back that she cannot open my proof of payment and without letting me know as I had to follow up all the time. I emailed her again the proof of payment. By Wednesday I follow up again myself to find out she still could not open my proof of payment again she didn't inform me that. In meantime she told us that there is no stock for the spesific size we are looking for. I asked for the Manager, Amrie and she explained to me that if you pay with your card directly they book the steel out immediately and said they was suppose to explain that to us when we got the quote with banking details. As we were not very happy already with everything the way it was and with no good service at all. Eventually after allot of frustration and calls, Pretty came back with another thinner size steel. The manager, Amrie called back for the first time today telling my husband that we don't communicate with each other, for what reason, I don't know. She didn't even called us back the first time we queried and complained about no stock available. They delivered the thinner steel today without calling us back. We are really very very unhappy with Macsteel service in Nelspruit and will never buy there again. Now the worst of all, there is a credit balance of R1 044.90 left that they must credit us. We want out credit balance of R1 044.90 back. And I called Amrie now half an our ago she again didn't call me back. The original amount we paid was R4 397.80 The two Invoice amounts of steel we received was as follows: R950.60 R2 402.30 TOTAL: R3 352.90 Which means we paid total of R4 397.80 - R3 352.90 Total R1 044.90 Credit balance owing to us Francesca Cell 073 8539382
Good day<br> <br> On the 11/11/2015 I applied for RCP Loan & O/draft facility. On the 13/11/2015 I received email from FNB requesting doc's. On same day, 13/11/2015, I send back all doc's (although it was salary advice for July, Aug and Sept) with ID doc, marriage cert and signed RCP and O/draft agreement. On 16/11/2015 I've sended all these doc's again via email. On 18/11/2015 I've sended email again to the same email [Email Removed] to do follow up to ask how far is the process. On the same day, 18/11/2015 I called FNB (FNB Fullfillment Dept) whereby they said they cannot pick up any documentation from fnbdirect) and that I must send it to them. So I forwared all doc's to [Email Removed] On 19/11/2015 I called fulfilment dept said application is pending due to either awaiting for 3 months payslips or my next salary to reflect. I emailed them back and explained to them via email aswell that I am just awaiting for my salary to reflect on 28 November 2015. Now my salary is reflecting, and can you believe it, they cancelled my application this morning just after nine.<br> <br>
