Spam Spam Spam. Like ****roaches, these things keep coming back no matter how many times I try unsubscribe. They also so sly they use return emails that don't exist. How anyone would partner with these vermin is mind boggling

Welcome to the stone age where banks take your money and don't feel it necessary to communicate or respond to your emails. I have a claim and yet there is NO communication from Standard Insurance. Absolutely pathetic
Trying to unblacklist a recovered device. Sent form and got reference on the 16th. States 24 hours. Emailed yesterday and got no response. went to Voda store and was informed they can't help. Contacted 082135 to be told that nothing has happened on the unblacklisting. I now can't access my bank, or actually do anything without that number. Emailed customercare and get their ridiculous TOBI graphic. Scanned the QR for Whatsapp. Like dealing with a broken record. Every option I click takes me back to the exact same menu I just clicked. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC AND USELESS SERVICE FROM VODACOM
Lost my phone at Atterbury today. Went to Woodlands Vodacom to go ask for help in maybe tracking the phone as it was still ringing when I called. The brain dead person behind the counter looked at me as if I was from the future. His response. A sim swap or a new phone. Heaven help us with such low IQ as service providers

I have been reporting poor and slow / fluctuating internet speeds since May last year. To this date, nothing has been done besides the useless Twitter team that keep telling me to be patient. Seriously, wonder what would happen if I didn't pay and told you to be patient Useless service provider that gets worse by the day; Third world service provider that charges for first world services Maybe speak to Telkom cause they are by far a better option lately. Was promised a call. Nothing... Then get told they couldn't get hold of me. VODACOM HAS NOO DESIRE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE!! THEY WANT ME TO PAY YET MY INCOME IS DEPENDANT ON MY ABILITY TO ACCESS THE INTERNET. WILL I GET A REFUND BECAUSE I AM STRUGGLING TO WORK???????????????????????????????????????? I contact customercare@vodacom.co.za... I get some pathetic graphic telling me to use TOBI to interact. Guess what you rocket scientists? I can't load the excuse of a customer service tool on my phone... Can I perhaps send you a smoke signal or carrier ***eon Catch a wake up and give the service that your customers pay for
Bash.com is a total waste of time. I have gone from getting the wrong item on two occasions to twice having my order cancelled because items are not available. If you want to play in the ecommerce arena then you need to step up your game. A poorly worded copy and pasted email means nothing if it happens on a regular basis. You just as bad as Snatcher

Been using these guys for both mechanical repairs and panel beating for years. A really great team that don't rip customers off, are passionate about the quality of their work and have a stunning work ethic. I have saved thousands on jobs that I was quoted on by dealers only to be advised that the repairs were not necessary. Their pricing is reasonable and I recommend them to anyone who wants their vehicle professionally looked after.
