Delivered goods which had previously been ordered & returned. Ignore all emails & despite phone calls I have had no acknowledgement or date for collection. Also delivered a broken tea pot which again has been ignored. Shocking service which is the worst experienced of all mail order companies. Very disappointing as I always thought they were well known for great service. For food orders Pick n Pay is miles ahead. I see they don’t even bother to reply to these complaints so I guess the answer is to stop giving them any business.
Lovely gardens but disappointing hotel. Certainly not worth what they charge. Staff not very interested & noisy accommodation. Shop should employ more helpful & pleasant staff. Cashier reluctantly sanitized card machine only when asked. Overall just not up to the standard expected of such expensive accommodation.
Shocking. Orders not delivered by promised dates & unable to talk to anyone. Just a standard reply which achieves nothing. I’m afraid this company may be going out of business. Won’t risk them again. I should have read the negative reviews before placing an order.
Want to mention both Ahti ( not sure of spelling !)who helped us with our problem of no WiFi & Max who brought our new router to our car. Excellent service from both. Thank you.
Still no reply to my emails despite promising to attend to it. I think this company may be closing down? I can’t think why they would ignore their members if they wished to remain in business.
Surly assistant & lack of adequate hygiene protocols. Reluctant to sanitize hands after handling her phone or to sanitize card machine. Felt very uneasy. Will not use this company again.
Sent emails, tried calling but no response whatsoever. I can’t wait to cancel my contract with this company that has absolutely no respect for their members.
Despite a reply from Coleen Sefatsa on the. 16th February confirming the cancellation request for newspapers,that were never delivered from the beginning of the subscription, we still have no refund. However since the cancellation we have had sporadic deliveries that are unwanted. Does anyone in this organization know what they are doing? Sunday Times are without doubt the worst organization I have come across for service.
Started subscription but 2 weeks later & numerous phone calls no newspapers. Spoke to Joanne who promised to sort it out. Received one Sunday Times but no Times. She also promised to call but never did & now does not answer her phone.Called to cancel & since the cancellation have received several Times. Yet more phone calls but the latest one informed me that it takes 31 days to cancel. I give up. No one seems able or competent enough to help. How can they run a business in this chaotic & unbusiness like way?
