A whole year (well 360 days) after I hired a car from Bidvest they take R295 off my credit card - for what I ask - a speeding fine that occurred on 19 December 2018 and they are only processing it NOW, a whole year later. AND the R295 is not to pay the fine, it is admin fees that they incurred to process the fine and advise the traffic department who was the driver. What garbage and money making racket is this from the car rental company! A whole year later, shocking admin and shocking service.
Last year at my local vet shop in Cape Town registered me on your cat food special where if 6 bags of cat food were purchased before 31 December, I would get a free bag of cat food. It is already March and I am still waiting for this free bag, and everytime I go the vet shop to query I am told that they are waiting for stock from Royal Canine.<br> This is shocking service and I think I am going to change my brand of cat food as you cannot be relied on.
Through internet banking I paid the incorrect amount to RCS (was meant to be for my bond) and only realised the mistake after the transaction had gone through. My bank was unable to reverse the amount so asked RCS, with repeated e-mails and telephone calls, 1 month later still waiting for the money to be reversed, and never do they respond to my email queries asking for a status update. <br> Shocking customer service, but if you are late in your payment to them they hound you with sms and calls.
