<p>I cancelled my contract with you in October. I followed your processes, sent the correct documentation within your time frame required, and you have still not cancelled my contract. This is why i never signed up for a debit order and always paid cash. So you have been billing me and sending me an account for 5 months, and I am telling you I am not going to pay it because of failure on your side to cancel my contract. I even have your confirmation email of you receiving my notice to cancel my contract which was up as well. It had completed its 24 months. I have sent countless emails and complaints to you on your website with no response except acknowledgement emails that you have received all of this and will respond. 5 months later, I am still waiting!!! Catch a wake up!!!</p>
Very short version, went for an upgrade, was very miss-informed therefore cancelled upgrade within 2 days, needed my old contract re-instated with my blackberry settings, and the upgrade charges reversed, it's been 3 weeks, countless queries, countless time wasted in the MTN Beacon bay branch where the manager Angie couldn't care less nor the staff there and my phone is still not working and the charges still not reversed. I need my email for business and have been without this since their stuff up, please help!!! The only step next I can think of is the ombudsman as I have no idea what else I can do.
