Apalling service. My cell was stolen. Forget the call centre, I went to Constantia Village and eventually got my cell blacklisted. Tried getting a SIM swap, no joy. Went to Blue Route, tried gettimg a SIM swap no joy apparerntly "technical problems"". I sat with the Vodakom zombie as he sat waiting with the IT queue only to be dumped. I have bought another phone. Dear God you are the worst company when it comes to customer service. Your frontline people mean well but lack the ability to make things happen. my stolen number 0824452078
Car had a leak in radiator/radiator hose. Michael contacted me and said that car would need a compression test for engine damage - R750. I said OK. He said engine needed repair and quoted R42000 ! That is way more than the car is worth. I said thanks but no thanks. Tried to start my car and found he hadn't put the spark plugs back in. Messaged him asking how to do this. Kept on replying that the engine needs to be repaired. No apology, no help. So R750 gave me a car in a worse stae than it was before. I dont know if this is a scam or he just genuinely doesn't give a damn. NB. I really dont know how to put the spark plugs back in. I was hoping for instructions so that I could talk my girlfriend through it - I can't do it as I have degenegative neuropathy.
