Vehicle went in for 60000km service. Car feels like no service was done. Changed battery on remote which was not faulty. Reported feedback no response. Took my car back today for them to sort out faults but car was driven for 21kms. Seats were back like someone had being sleeping in the car. Report that my aerial needs to be changed which they could have told me when the car went in for service. I think they just want to make money of the people. Very bad service. Now i feel like doing private service rather than a dealership. 0846000312
I recently bought a toyota corolla 2021model from pinnacle cars randburg. Salesman( robert) assured us that there is nothing wrong with the car and no accidents. We paid cash for the car. A few weeks on the visor came out the brakes neede to be replaced. I took the car for inspection and there was a lot of faults. Handed the car back to pinnacle cars for fixing but they used my car and nothing was fixed. Asked robert what they did and he said HE tried fixing the visor and it held (its out again) brakes was not done. The faults not done. Called robert to sort the problems but he said he will find a way two weeks later NOTHING. UTTERLY appalled with this dealership.
