My mother stays in Bougainvilla Aftree Oord in Montana, PTA. Feedem is doing the catering and providing lunch every day to my mom. I went to visit my mother on Sunday, 9 March and to my surprise discovered that she did not receive lunch the whole of last week. Even though i have paid for the lunch in advance, my mother did not receive any food. I checked on the lady that delivers the food from the kitchen and discovered that my mother's name and unit number was not on the list to get food the whole week. This is not the first time this has happened. So, i have paid for food that my mother did not get. Feedem stole my money then. I contacted Susan from Feedem and could not get hold of her. She even blocked my number now. I need answers and someone needs to be held accountable. I've had it with Feedem and are really upset. I demand that Susan and her team be held accountable.
Hi

I made use of TV and Video Doctor in October 2014 to install my brand new DSTV Explora at my new residence.
This was a completely new installation consisting of cables, dish, receiver, etc.

After only 3 months my Explora started giving problems with signal, contend not being download etc.
I finally got TV and Video Doctor out to come and check what the problem is. Apparently the huge (10year old tree) is in the way and blocking my dish. This is the same tree that stood at the property last year when the installation took place.

Now TV and Video doctor tells me i have to pay for their call out fee of R499.00 to fix their problem of not installing the dish in the correct position.

The fact is that the original installation which took place in October 2014, should have put the dish higher up on the external wall and this is now my problem. The existing tree was the same size then as it is now.
They installed the dish infront of a huge (7m high) tree.

So i paid the installer today, because i couldn't wait any longer without dstv. The installer chopped of alot of tree branches and can you believe it, my DSTV is working again.

I demand my money back
