Absolutely amazing service. They not only replaced two items damaged in transit, but they also replaced the ENTIRE order! They are substituting the pendants I ordered with other similar pendants so there are no duplicates and they're throwing in a free gift! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

It was so quick and easy to get cover. Staff are efficient and friendly and always a pleasure to deal with. This is my fourth car with Outsurance, so I can truly highly recommend it.

A horrid experience. Avoid at all costs. I signed up for a four-week free trial yesterday and completed the first lesson this morning. I was trying to find the link to open the second lesson when I suddenly got a notification on my phone that I had bought a monthly subscription for R399. At no point was I informed and at no point did a receive notification for confirmation. I emailed immediately for a refund and got this response: "As you did not cancel the subscription before the renewal date you were charged for a monthly subscription. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process the refund as per our terms and conditions." All of this happened from start to finish in fewer than 24 hours. How in the world was I supposed to cancel earlier to be before the renewal date?
