I ordered an item in June this year and still no delivery! That after I was told delivery is via DHL in the 1st week of July.
I have purchased business class flexi plus tickets from Bali to Cape Town. With this ticket option you have the flexibility (or so it is claimed) to change your flights and or seats. I have tried to change my flights AND my seats, called the call centre only to be told that neither option is possible. I now have TWO lengthy layovers (9.75 hours in DBX + 9 hours in JHB) and I cannot change any flight to have a shorter layover. And here comes the BEST part! Both my husband and I have been assigned seats NEXT to infants but the infants parent does not have a seat next to them and yet WE CANNOT change our seats to free up a seat for the parent of an infant. Also, on the 2nd connecting flight we cannot even change seats to sit next to each other. It is ridiculous. I have always loved Emirates but why sell the flexi plus option if you cannot deliver on your promises? Feeling **********. #unhappyclient
I have experienced the worst service from FNB today.I have tried to lodge a serious dispute with the FNB Life service via phone and e-mail. After staying on the line for over an hour at a time, there was still no answer to my call. I've tried to email to the address provided via the phone service and which is stated on the website but it comes back with a message that they are unable to reply to any emails. It is the worst and most frustrating service ever!
Our first leak came the 22nd of April 2022. I duly reported and got a claim number.... 3,5 months down the line it is still not finalised. Absa internal processes are a nightmare and is the cause for the delay in the finalisation. 2nd leak came the 16th of July in the main en suite and to date water is still streaming down the walls 3rd week after lodging the claim. Now the damage is increasing daily 3rd issue was lodged the 18th of July. Fireplace was storm damaged. To date water is still streaming via the chimney damaging wiring and wooden floors. Report was emailed to handler 26th of July. To date no instruction on repair.
