JustAnswer misleading add. Unclear payments. Be careful 🧐
My dog is very sick. I don't have the funds for a vet. I saw JustAnswer on internet. Very eager to assist!!!! Ask all the questions!! No money mentioned!!!!!!!! Then they say they get back to you. Then the next moment something pops up that before you get the answer you need to pay R65. No problem that is the least I can pay!! So after many warnings ⚠️ And I know not to give out your credit card details!!!!! ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ I did. Then almost immediately they sent you a email saying that a vet will contact me and BTW!!!!!!! They are taking R65 plus R700 from my account. Plus I am now a member and these amounts will go off every month until I cancel it!! Wth 🤦♀️ 🤦♀️ 🤦♀️ I did not sign-up for this! 😭 And obviously everything is on-line. You can't talk to no-one!!!!! Please be careful!!!! They are taking advantage of the people!!! This is really a ongoing concern if once pet is not well! And you cannot afford vet fees 😢

Stay away!! Unreliable!
Bad experience all the way!! Owner have no business sense. She takes your money and take forever to deliver!!!! In fact I am still waiting!! She is rude. She is very quick to say you(the customer) is rude!!! Sorry Christelle!!!! Dont I have a reason to be Rude!!!!!!! Guys if you want stress in your life buy from them! Bad Bad Bad service. No communication at all. If you dont whattsup them they will not bother. They have your delivery fees plus stock money!!

Very bad experience. Bad service from the start. Do not buy from them. Everything is ****!!!!!! I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE STILL DOING BUSINESS. Just spend almost R2000 on utter ****! **** leather!!!!!!! This was supposed to be a gift for somebody :-(
