Extremely bad customer service, and over priced by far
I have tried to get a specialist consultant to contact me twice this week. Over the past few months, I have also tried to speak to someone, unsuccessfully. The call centre has apparently logged a request. Liberty Life is fast to push selling policies, but do not take any interest in client service.
<p>I received a bill from Netcare Rand Clinic that I had to pay in R1895.02 which the medical aid did not cover. After paying this amount I checked with Discovery that said that it was not necessary to pay in as the procedure was totally covered by them. I then eventually got hold of the right person and they said that they will refund me. It is now 4 months later and I still have not received my money back. The Rand Clinic hospital manager is never available or returns calls. The Netcare customer service on line never responded. The accountants send you from one to another and are also difficult to get hold of. No one takes responsibility. Imagine if do this often how much money would disappear into the system. Please check all your accounts properly before paying. I don't know anymore what to do to get money back. </p>
