Recently I reached out to Dyson (support.za@dyson.com) to request from them information on where I can get one of their vacuum cleaners repaired. I sent this email on the 23rd March 2026. To this date I have not received a response. Who do I contact when the first call of contact does not respond?
Recently I tried to use my Woolworths credit card to buy groceries via the Woolworths app and my card was blocked. I asked in store how to unblock it, They directed me to Absa bank. Absa bank said they said they could only change the pin. So I phoned financials services. They said I needed to speak to Dash help line. Dash online help line said they can not help with credit cards......So how do I un block my woolsworth credit card to buy from Woolworths online.? I still can not get it unblocked because no one in Financial services knows who can help me. I am thinking about just cancelling my card altogether!

I am a signature bank account holder. My current frustration is that my wife recently got her new card but she can not get her PIN for the card because she does not the standard bank app. I tried phoning my personal banker, but the number is not available on the cell network. So I have private banker I cant get hold of except via email. Not really what I call personal banking. So we went to the Three Rivers Branch last Saturday (29th March) so we can get her pin number sorted out. The private banking agent was not working that day and the branch had very little staff. After 1 hour of not being helped, we left. Today we phoned the 0860 123 101 and the service agent struggled to verify my wife so they could not help us. So now my wife needs to go shopping and we cant even use the card. I see the local branches dont have phone numbers, so I can not even contact the private banking agent there to assist me unless I go in the branch. It should not be that hard to get a PIN number for a card
I recently asked a BMW financial agent to apply for finance for a car I intended to buy. The car was a 2013 model, but with low milage. I got told that BMW do not like financing cars this old and only offered a repayment term of 24 months. I then spoke to other financial institutes and they all offered terms up to 72 months. BMW finance offered me the worst deal. For context, every car I have bought in the last 23 years (10 of them) has been through BMW finance. That is why I am I am bitterly disappointed with them. Not sure I would go to them again
I am very disappointed with Dawnwing. We ordered Insulin and other diabetic items from the CDE in Johannesburg each month and this month Dawnwing received the order on Thursday and we only got it in Vereeniging on Saturday. We normally get within 24 hours. I refused to accept the order because the insulin needs to be refridgerated within 24 hours. The driver was unaware they medical packages. Who is going replace the spoiled insulin now?
Last week (on the 27th Mar 2024, I registered my Daughter on Impaq for online schooling. I did receive the quote and I paid it the same day. Since then I have not heard anything from Impaq regarding the registration. The school term started yesterday. Last week I used Imapq's own ticket system and that ticket is now open for 5 days. My ticket number is #2051028 I just want to know if my daughter is registered or must I look for another online school that actually communicates with people that register? I can understand a backlog for the start of the year, but not at first term? Regards
I have Showmax, as part of my package for the my Telkom LTE contract. At the start of Feb, my smartTV would not work on the old Showmax app, so I download the new App and I was told that I dont have a subscription plan! I asked Telkom to query it, but they said it must be done from the Showmax side. I reached out to them via there Help email, but no response in a week! How do I get this corrected?
HI. I am not impressed with Miways handling of my claim on my car. I made the claim via the App. I did get a claim number. Then they tried phoning me, but they could not get hold of me because I was in a meeting, so they phoned my wife. She provided them with the photo's and the information they required via Whatsapp. Then I get an email saying that they closed the claim because the vehicle could not be assessed! NO one phoned us to ask for a booking to access and inspect the vehicle. I then phoned the service centre and an agent said they would send me a sms and I could respond to that and they would reopen the claim. I did not receive the SMS. We followed the right processes set up by Mi-way and they cannot even use the information or make contact with me to rectify my complaint. I am very disappointed with service, and I will be terminating my insurance with them next month.
