One Star is way too much! Marco Tesner is a ****mer of note! DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY! HE TAKES YOUR MONEY AND PROMISES TO DELIVER HIS SERVICES AND AFTER PAYING HIM, HE GIVES YOU EXCUSE UPON EXCUSE, DISGUSTING I SAY!
I shouldn’t even give this brand any star. I have a Samsung 7 series tv that died after 5 years. After doing some research, findings clearly suggest that there is a fault with those tv’s. After hearing me out and 3 escalations later, Samsung refuses to take responsibility. In my home, I only have Samsung appliances, however this brand has failed me hopelessly. I will be selling all my appliances and replace them with a different brand, double door fridge included…
With regards to this company, I’ve brought to there attention that I own a Dolché Gusto coffee machine which I purchased just over a year ago. Now it is virtually impossible to get pods for this machine. After speaking to numerous consultants, I was advised that I can trade in my machine and pay R2000 for their current model. My argument is, a coffee machine which initially cost me R2000 now costs me R4000. See below email (copied and pasted) and see how they lie to people! I’ve rep**** to this very same email numerous times and they don’t even reply or acknowledge it.
