If I could give them a zero I would. Quintin is *********** and a ****. No response to multiple emails. No response to my request for the minutes to the AGM. No response to my request for the trustees' details. I reported a second leak to Quintin after a week of no response I got a reply saying that the contractor had been out on a Sunday to assess the leak. I was at home the whole day and nobody had checked anything. When I eventually got the contractors details, he knew nothing about the leak. Us ryse managing agents at your own peril.

DO NOT BUY FROM SPLASH OF BEAUTY
Do not buy from Karen of Splash of Beauty in Parys https://splashofbeauty.co.za/. If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered and paid for 3 items on the 1 June 2021. The 1st item was only delivered on the 2 July. The 2nd item was delivered on the 3 August and Karen charged an extra R 100 delivery. The 3rd item is still missing in action. She will not refund the money paid. She also likes to make threats that she will sue you if you post anything.

No internet for 8 days in a row and they expect you to pay for a full month. When you cancel your account after being a loyal customer for 3 years and nobody could be bothered to call you. Not how you treat a customer.

Shocking srevice
<p>I purchased blinds from this company. They are now in need of repairs and Craig has been promising for two months to send his team out. He is now not aswering his phone, returning messages or replying to emails.
