Great seervice on whatsapp from Kopano Makgeledise. In just a few minutes he loaded my funs for an urgent vet visit today. Although premiums are high at one plan, the service is always excellent.
I wouldnt give these people one star. They charged for R450 to look at my TV. Look and tell me the screens broken which anyone could see. They then told me it would cost about R1500 additional for a new screen. They then said they had no stock of the screen. They then said they got the screen and asked me to pay R1680 but the screen arrived damaged and they were most upset. Then when they said they would refund me, they called to say no we found a 2nd hand one at auction we will use that. They showed me a picture on whatsapp to show that it looked like it would work. I went to collect the TV a day later, travelled at 40km per hour, no damage done, even paid them an extra R150 for 2 TV legs when I collected. Switched on the TV a few days later and half the screen is 2 big lines. I call them now and the boss has even blocked me on whatsapp..... says sorry nothing comes with guarantee, it was working when they had it. But nobody showed me with my own eyes. Not even the DECENCY to say "Bring it back, lets look". Just "not our problem, it worked for us the night before, sorry, we dont offer guarantees. Now leave us alone!". Absolutely disgusting, no integrity whatsover! This is the company in Berea, East London, Eastern Cape.
There is ZERO customer service from this company. You can contact them via whatsapp and speak to a bot and then hold for hours. Somedays I have waited longer than 6 hours to speak to an actual person who still could not assist me after another 2 hours of communicating to them - total 8 hours spent in one day on a whatsapp chat to them. When are you planning on improving your service? Its is disgusting. I think the ONLY reason people stay with Webafrica is they know if they change service providers they could be sitting with no connection for 3 weeks. Id be embarassed that to admit this is the ONLY WAY you are keeping customers.
I am incredibly impressed with the service delivery from GeeWiz. I ordered a product on the 4th January 2022 and during the payment process, I received a POP UP notifiying me that GeeWiz are closed till the 10th of January and so my order would most likely be processed then. Imagine my delight when my new Amazon Firestick arrived the very next afternoon on the 5th January! Now thats what I call amazing service! Even when they were "officially closed" my order was delivered within in 24 hours. I will definitely recommend them!
