I purchased a Mellerware Azure 2200W cordless kettle in February 2024, from President Hyper. I have the warranty card and kettle brochure but lost my slip. The kettle is still like new and already wont switch on, doesn't make connection with the bottom section. This is the worst kettle we have ever owned. I thought Mellerware was a reliable brand. When I contacted Mellerware, they just blatantly refused to help me because I don't have a slip, despite the fact that their name is on the kettle. I will never buy anything form Mellerware again. Their product is terrible quality, and their service is nonexistent, even trying to call their Jhb office, their phones just ring, there are no email addresses available to reach them either, but they do have a fax number... Do yourself a favour and avoid this brand. Terrible!
Trying to get help out of incompetent staff that are put there and are unable to help anyone, or perhaps just too lazy by the sounds of it. My credit card transactions keep being declined, apparently because my card has expired, despite the fact that the expiry month is 2027 on it. Absa consultants waste time and then tell me that I have entered the wrong details, when I go double check with the people I am trying to pay, the details are 100% correct. Absa has the worst client service, I will Definity looking at switching banks and if you are thinking about banking with them, do yourself a favour and don't do it.
I found this store by accident, but I'm so glad I did. These guys are super helpful, their jewelry is beautiful and when you get it, it looks like what you saw in the pictures. I have ordered from them numerous times already and all the pieces are stunning and last really well, no discoloration and stones falling out. I don't even bother going into any other jewelry stores, I just get my jewelry from Dhia online and they deliver in one or 2 days usually.
Our household contents was insured by Santam, they broke into our house at the end of November 2021, we were in the process of fixing our alarm, Santam paid out absolutely nothing despite proof from our security company that we were busy with repairs, when an estimated amount of R500 000.00 was stolen. With our terrible luck while on holiday in Kzn we got robbed again, once again in January 2022, Santam is pulling out all the stops to not pay loss we had there as well, the robbery happened while we were in the house this time. Its amazing how they want their money every month but when something goes wrong they will just refuse to pay out or find some loop hole to swindle people so they don't have to pay. Well done to Santam for being able to steal after the thieves have left.... What a horrible company to deal with!
<p>I ordered numerous goods from Boardmans on their sale that they had in the beginning of July. My orders came to around R5000 in total.</p> <p>2 Of my orders were towels- that were supposed to be sets and the third order was Bed linen.<br />1 Of the towel sets were complete and right.</p> <p>The other was basically half sent, I am now sitting with one odd hand towel, one odd bath sheet 2 odd hand towels no bath sheet etc. I expected a big company such as Boardmans to more clever than to send half orders, I mean what am I supposed to do with odd parts of different colour and size bathroom towels?</p> <p>Then this morning my domestic worker tells me that the queen fitted sheet does not fit on our queen bed- its too small.<br />We checked this order after the towel drama and it all said queen on the packets, but what we got was not queen, I don't understand how that works??? Now we obviously we have thrown away the boxes and plastic all the stuff came in so we have no proof.</p> <p>I just want to tell you that even after numerous calls to your call centers for help, that I was advised that they will come collect the odd towels this never happened and i'm still sitting with them. I was told people would call me, this never happened - I always had to call them with no joy anyway cause i'm still sitting with the stuff.</p> <p>What I want to say is I will never ever again support Boardmans, and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about the terrible service I got form you.</p> <p>I would actually go as far as to say your "internet sales" border on theft to me, becuase we order the goods and pay for it, but you just send what you feel like, and we must just accept it, and when yo do ty get help its empty promises, hours on the phone trying to resolve it- and nothing gets resolved and you sit with the drama-oh and Boardmans has your money so they happy and don't care!</p> <p>It's no wonder that the Edgars group is in so much financial trouble, there are probably a lot of unhappy clients out there like me that have just stopped supporting you!</p>
What a brilliant Sasol Garage on the corner of King Street and Houtkop Road. Their staff, esp the great team of petrol attendants are just the best! I love going to this station to fill up, they are efficient, always friendly and they get the job done quickly. Well done to the staff and management of this garage in running and being part such a good station and team. You guys make filling up a pleasure. Thank you for your awesome service that you all always give, you guys should be super proud of yourselves! WELL DONE and please keep it up!
How do you go about getting Telkom to help you with an LTE line??? We have contacted Telkom numerous times with consultants promising to get back to us- obviously not doing so. We have applied twice on line, then after no joy, even gone in to the Telkom Store in the Vaal Mall in Vanderbijlpark, given personals such as bank statements and ID copies etc, so that we can get an LTE contract at our home. No one has even had the decency to get back to us. Even after leaving all our confidential info at the Vaal Mall in Vanderbijlpark store, not even a call has been made to us!<br> How is it that it is so difficult the get any help or service form Telkom?<br> I find it shocking that Telkom and its consultants are so lazy and unhelpful, this is really terrible service Telkom!!!!
I am very annoyed and disappointed at the fact that I bought three ice trays with lids on for R80 each from Woolworths in River Square shopping center a while ago. <br> <br> On using the first one,for the first time it broke- like glass. I threw it away and thought it was just a bad quality one, the other two did exactly the same. <br> These expensive and useless ice trays literally broke like glass would. We could not even get the ice out the broken pieces. <br> <br> I'm very unhappy about the fact that I sent R240 on \good ice trays"that I bought from Woolworths and all I have left is broken pieces of sharp plastic.<br> <br> I have always been a loyal shopper at Woolworths and I trust that products I purchase from them are of a superior quality but these ice trays have obviously been the opposite.<br> <br> The other thing that annoys me is I sent an email to Woolworths with photos of their product and no one even bothered to respond or get back to me.
