I logged a complaint on my billing for a refund - many weeks now and absolute no response !
I should have read the other reports on Hellopeter on this company. Quick to demand upfront payment by the installation was done wrong, no COC issued as with other companies. Do not believe their website about customer service - this is something they dont understand ! Their salespeople and installation staff are incomponent so rather steer awaty from this company at all.<br> <br> <br> <br>
10 Weeks without line, escalated issue direct with CEO - no response. <br> Then went to ICASA to lodge a complaint - all that TELKOM did was to close the FAULT as fixed !!!<br> <br> Still down, no line - isnt this fraudulent behaviour from a listed Company ?
It used to be a nice place to stay over the years, but it seems that the owner decided to contract the venue out to third party providers. I will rather advise you stay away from this place as the staff cant speak or understand English. Owners lock and disappear over the weekend, security staff asleep and lock visitors in - back gates are kept unlock which is a NO-NO security issue in south africa. To have customers wait for their orders is nothing funnny - be prepared to wait, and wait and wait.<br> <br> Rooms are falling apart as no maintenance has been done in years. On top of that here the customer service is not something that is understood here - it is more about selling beer to the locals.
I logged calls,<br> I goto service centers<br> I complain on HP and get a refernce number SM125634.<br> <br> STILL NOTHING, DEAD SILENCE, NO RESPONSE, ZIP, ZERO !<br> <br> Is this suppose to be funny to pay TELKOM and have no line - in total 7 weeks in 10 weeks without !
My phoneline has been down now for 4 weeks - this is now the second time in 8 weeks, the previous round it was done for 2 weeks.<br> <br> What must i do to get some service ?
My kulula card got swallowed by ATM. I phoned the lost/stolen card line number at FNB. It took 30 minutes to go through all the questions/answers etc. Now a number of weeks later i am still waiting for my card to be delivered ! Why must i waste my time to go through the whole call center fiasco again ? Why cant you just be effective and deliver the card with no hassles!<br> <br> This also includes writing emails to [Email Removed] with absolutely no response. However it seems that i do get my statements ...
