Logged a parcel for collection 30 November 2024. By 18th December I got a call from the East London branch to say I'm in an outlaying destination and they don't know by when they will collect. I offered to drop the parcel in East London, which I did on 20th December 2024. I was not allowed on the premises and had to communicate via a security guard. My parcel was eventually accepted and I was given some sort of waybill. Since then.....just crickets..... When I phone the very flustered girl who was the one who phoned me and that handled my parcel, first runs down the company then promises to phone back (which she never does), tells me she hasn't had time to look into it and has since been ignoring my calls. A month later!!! Bottom line, my parcel has gone missing and nobody at Skynet gives a damn. You cannot get through on any phone line to any other number of Skynet, tried to lodge a claim and heard nothing further, tried to send mails - no response. So yes, my return to an international online shopping site will never reach them, sure they won't even refund me anymore and Skynet just don't care that they lost my parcel. Sure the clothing that was in the parcel was a Xmas present to someone that works there! Thanks Skynet for nothing. Bunch of useless people.

What a pathetic company. Going on for 4 weeks since my first complaint. Still waiting to hear a peep out of Discovery Management. Stuff still not sorted out. The absolutely pitiful R154 you gave me to try and pacify me is really really sad. @Discovery I’m going to keep on spamming hellopeter until someone sort this out.
Lodged a query over 2 weeks ago about my Discovery Drive August money that I haven’t received and according to the website my points were not even added. Have also not received my weekly Discovery Miles. Now it’s time for September’s money and I’m sure the same is going to happen. Despite various emails and phone calls, I’m still to get a response from someone in charge at Discovery (or any response at all). If only they were as quick to deliver service as what they are to take their ridiculously high premiums, things would be so much better!! Apparently it’s time for me to move on to another insurer!!!!!!!
