Rain keep taking my money- i closed my contract
I am extremely disappointed with Rain. I cancelled my contract on time, yet I continue to get debited every month. I called your customer service team and they confirmed that my account was closed — so why am I still being charged? This is unacceptable and feels like I’m being billed for a service I no longer have. I expect an urgent correction, a refund for all incorrect debits, and confirmation that my account is fully closed. Do better. This experience has been nothing but frustrating.

horrible online customer experince for the 2nd time
I placed an order online on the 6th Jan. I later received an sms saying my order will be split into 12 deliveries, after laying a complained i was assured that by the 12th everything will be delivered , today when i followed up im being told that some of my items will be delayed. again i iterated that i ordered school stationery from my grade 1 daughter, the reason I ordered on line was for convenince, now theres a huge possiblity that my daughter is starting school on tuesday without the required stationery. Im very disappointed in the service i received, i will never purchase from Makro again nor will i ever recommend it

STOP MAKING UNAUTHORISED ENQUIRIES ON MY PROFILE
Dear capitec, DO WE REALLY NEED TO DO THIS EVERY MONTH? i laid a complain on the 26 Jan 2023 about the enquiries you keep making on my profile, you called and promised to have them removed but every month i keep getting a notofication that capitec has made an enquery on my profile! PLEASE STOP I NEED THIS TO STOP AND THE ENQUIRIES TO BE REMOVED BECAUSE THEY ARE UNAUTHORISED! Immediately This is getting ridiculous now

DO NOT JOIN GYM COMPANY BRACKENHURST
I have the biggest problem with GYM company and i have seen that they dont even respond to reviews but im hping this will help someone before they sign up. their cancellation process is so hard that a person will end up giving up and then get blacklisted... imagine being black listed becuase you couldnt afford to pay A GYM membership. whats worse when you try to get assistace you get told " you should have read your contract... So be very careful before you put your signature on those papers

A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS AND RACISTS! They Will sell you a house that they say you're allowed to choose any but will make you pay extra for decent finishes. Doesn't pay black agents, He Exploits his workers, threatens people with a gun and carries it around the estate and is short tempered has unprofessional suppliers,makes costly mistakes,try to rob you off your money. They Will sell you a house that they say you're allowed to choose any but will make you pay extra for decent finishes. Doesn't pay black agents, He Exploits his workers, threatens people with a gun and carries it around the estate and is short tempered has unprofessional suppliers,makes costly mistakes,try to rob you off your money. not worth your money or safety
theres a few things i would like to mention about Redstone Country Estate -the security isn't good, they let construction workers sleep in Estate overnight not safe -management does nothing to resolve matters between construction and residents -construction owner walks around threatening people with a gun, racist. -no facilities like other estates -levy expensive for nothing, neighbouring estates are better, not worth it. think twice before you go waste your money!!!
