I went to the campus square shopping centre to get my medication from clicks. I am 7 months pregnant and I am having complications time to time. I parked on the parking that was nearest to the mall door, which is for hand cap parking. After 10 minutes, I came back and found my car clammed. I went to the office to talk to the people there and explain why I parked there, they sent me to the centre management office which had no one. I found the details of Kanyisile from centre management whom I called on the landline and there was no answer, I called on cell phone, the line was bad. She also did not want to assist unless I paid R 250. I called the parking contact people Stephen representing Servest parking, he pretended to be willing to assist but did not. I kept calling him and he gave the phone to a guy called Sam who was very rude and even told me that He would rather I die as he cares less about my health, he will not release my car unless I pay THE R 250 AND I ASKED FOR his manager and he said he is the one and hanged up the phone on me. I decided to pay the R 250 so that I can go as my condition was getting worse and no one was willing to assist. I want my money back
Hi hallo Peter<br> <br> I am representing a church called Forward in Faith regarding the matter<br> detailed below:<br> <br> We wanted to procure a print screen t-shirt printing machine. We made<br> contact with one of the suppliers of printing machines called Studded<br> promotional and distribution services based on Boksburg Johannesburg . They<br> verbally assured us that the machine will work like a print - screen<br> machine if we required it to do so.<br> <br> We then made payment to the supplier and they came to train us. During the<br> training session, we realised that the machine is not a print screen<br> machine and we asked them to stop the training as we intend to reverse the<br> procurement transaction. The studder promotional and distribution services<br> had not yet delivered the machine. When we informed them of our decision,<br> they refused to give us the money back.<br> In addition to the above, the supplier did not give us their terms and<br> condition. We did not sign any document pertaining to the procurement of<br> the machine.<br> <br> Please assist as we need our money back. We had communicated with the<br> supplier within 3 working days about our intentions. <br> <br> Please help as we need the money back.
