<p>The white toner package we bought from Studder in November still doesn't produce a t-shirt print that withstands more than 2 washes. To be specific, an Oki white toner printer, a heat press and forever transfer paper. Everyone passes the buck and now that I have asked Studder to either come and make it work or collect and issue a refund Peter tells me he is not liable. The last time I checked a product should work as advertised and for the purpose it is intended? A word of caution to all potential customers of Studder. Run while you still can </p>

<p>Purchased a white toner printer system from Studder in November. It's March now and we still can't get through more than one wash before the print comes off the t-shirt. After numerous phone calls and emails we are no closer to resolving the problem. We have followed all guidelines given by Peter, tried different fabrics, and used the recommended transfer paper and still the same issues over and over again. Hopefully (unlike us) potential clients of this printing system will do their research before purchasing as we realise now that thee is a history of complaints. This is the most unprofessional and incompetent company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.</p>

I too am a terribly unhappy customer of Studder.<br> We own like many other complaints listed here, a Printing and Graphic Design company that has purchased some very expensive White Toner printing equipment from Studder. On initial order we received 100 sheets which we burnt through very quickly as the technology is very impressive and we have orders going through the roof. Every time we try and order more transfer paper, we are faced with the same, there is no stock, or it is held at customs, then there is no stock again etc.<br> We received 3 confirmed quotes on large quantities of this paper, then when we try and pay against them and collect we come against a wall of excuses..<br> They are the only suppliers that import this product.. Possibly something we should consider at the moment..

Haven't felt frustrated in a while? Then try to order sumblimation consumables from Studder Promotional. Oh my, they advertise stock on their website which they don't even sell anymore. I've ordered 10x20cm tiles - only to find out, after my money has gone through that they don't sell it anymore. They've plenty of excuses why the courier take days to deliver (Boksburg - Pretoria??) and why they cannot get the stock from their warehouse in time so that someone can purchase it from them using a debit card.. ect. If you want to do sublimation printing, use JG Electronics. Dear Studder, don't even bother to phone..not interested. Sorry this ship has sailed. Believe me - your loss!!

Studder are the ONLY stockists of Forever paper. The ONLY paper than can be used in white toner printers. This is an expensive system and I was a concerned when I bought my system . Two weeks ago I went in to buy paper for a job and no paper . I was assured it would arrive on monday the 7 th and would be couriered to me at no extra expense ...this paper is very expensive and I would be printing by Tuesday. It is the 19 th. No paper . No printing . And no end of promises that never materialise. To anyone wanting to buy this system DONT . Your consumables have to bought through these guys and my experience has been disgusting. I have complained to OKI themselves . I have cc ed them mails ....no avail . So a just shy of 50 grand investment sitting and unable to work . My paper was sent but the courier would not release it as it was not paid for ...I refused to pay it on principle . Phoned Studder who said they would sort it . Time freight called me in desperation saying no eft . Just promises . I called them..more promises . End of day no eft . No paper . These people dont give a rats ass about the people who have invested in their product . Consumer act time ! CANT USE MY MACHINE

We are a branding company in Cape Town. We ordered paper from Peter on Friday the 9th of October 2015. We made full payment, including full payment of postage and right after this we forwarded the proof of payment.<br> <br> Today is the 15th of October 2015, still have not received our papers, tracking number or any feedback from him.<br> <br> When you call him, he always tells you that he will call you back right away, but he never does!!<br> <br> He does not know how to work with clients, nor is he an honorable businessman.<br> <br> He is unreliable and can never give a straight answer. This is not the first time that this has happened and you can not run a business like that.

Hi hallo Peter<br> <br> I am representing a church called Forward in Faith regarding the matter<br> detailed below:<br> <br> We wanted to procure a print screen t-shirt printing machine. We made<br> contact with one of the suppliers of printing machines called Studded<br> promotional and distribution services based on Boksburg Johannesburg . They<br> verbally assured us that the machine will work like a print - screen<br> machine if we required it to do so.<br> <br> We then made payment to the supplier and they came to train us. During the<br> training session, we realised that the machine is not a print screen<br> machine and we asked them to stop the training as we intend to reverse the<br> procurement transaction. The studder promotional and distribution services<br> had not yet delivered the machine. When we informed them of our decision,<br> they refused to give us the money back.<br> In addition to the above, the supplier did not give us their terms and<br> condition. We did not sign any document pertaining to the procurement of<br> the machine.<br> <br> Please assist as we need our money back. We had communicated with the<br> supplier within 3 working days about our intentions. <br> <br> Please help as we need the money back.
