I bought a few items. One of the items did not work. I have spent 3 weeks following their protocol to get the item replaced / or refunded. They have no contact details of a person to speak to. You email You WhatsApp And repeat. And they flat ignore you. I have no idea how to resolve the matter as they are a black hole of no communication. The marketing WhatsApp person promised a supervisor would contact me…. Zero communication
Studder are the ONLY stockists of Forever paper. The ONLY paper than can be used in white toner printers. This is an expensive system and I was a concerned when I bought my system . Two weeks ago I went in to buy paper for a job and no paper . I was assured it would arrive on monday the 7 th and would be couriered to me at no extra expense ...this paper is very expensive and I would be printing by Tuesday. It is the 19 th. No paper . No printing . And no end of promises that never materialise. To anyone wanting to buy this system DONT . Your consumables have to bought through these guys and my experience has been disgusting. I have complained to OKI themselves . I have cc ed them mails ....no avail . So a just shy of 50 grand investment sitting and unable to work . My paper was sent but the courier would not release it as it was not paid for ...I refused to pay it on principle . Phoned Studder who said they would sort it . Time freight called me in desperation saying no eft . Just promises . I called them..more promises . End of day no eft . No paper . These people dont give a rats ass about the people who have invested in their product . Consumer act time ! CANT USE MY MACHINE
I used my policy for the first time, I had mole removed at my GP. I called Affinity and it was pointed out that they would only pay a portion of the drs fee as it was a doc of my choice. I was ok with that. The mole was removed on the 5 th August and sent to pathology. I sent the accounts in on the 8th. I heard nothing , on around the 15 th I was told they had not been received, wrong e mail address...... supplied by the call center.I resent them . I received sms notification that they would be paid and the amounts.....It is now November neither me nor the pathologist have been reimbursed . Upon no payment I contacted them to find that the claim had been rejected, I needed a referral letter from the doctor, which I promptly supplied .They then hassled about codes, I said tell me exactly what you want and I will sort it out, no reply. With each communication the doc bill which is not in dispute, is going to paid.... and guess what , no payment arrives. I feel their comprehensive plan is misleading and obscure and these people have no intention of paying me out . Pls be very wary of Affinity Health Insurance. I don't think its worth the paper it is written on
My phone and ADSL line went down on the 22nd . It was reported. Its now the 3rd it has been reported daily, I am told each day the tech dept only knew about the fault the day before....Friday they were even here, no one came to my door or worked on my line. No cable s have been stolen , there is no reason for the delay than utter ineptitude and could not care. I am done with telkom, time to look else where
