I lodged a claim to replace my windscreen. Their service provider sent me an invoice for the excess amount (which was hiked without my knowledge.) I asked King Price for full disclosure of what portion of the job they were paying for, 2 days and countless calls later there was reluctance to give me the requested information - including reluctance from management. There is no transparency about how claims are calculated and what portion the insurance is paying. The only information they are willing to share is how much excess YOU must pay in an invoice from their service provider. It all feels like a collision scam.
Sandton City Branch. This restaurant and it’s management do not take food allergies seriously. If you suffer from food allergies be extra vigilant and cautious.
This happened at the Sandton City branch. While waiting in the queue at the food tills, staff memebers we’re skipping the queue ahead of customers in order to buy alcohol before the 8pm alcohol sale cutoff. We reported the matter immediately and the manager asked us to send an email to her personal email address. We sent an email explaining the events to the customer service address and the only response we got was “thanks for letting us know”. I wonder why we were asked to email the complaint when we had let the manager know on site.
Top Tile has unprofessional and rude service from the online manager right through to the head office managers. I made a payment online and sent proof of payment and they refuse to let me collect stock until the money clears on their side. Their website does not state that one can only collect once payment has reflected on their side despite sending proof of payment. Had they made it clear on their website, I would not have bought from them.
