I wrote a complaint about my order here and received a call from the store. They promised to get back to me and till today they haven't. I still don't have a printer to exchange or refund. Mooiriver mall
I collected an online order today and trying to return some of the items but the store is telling me to bring a printed invoice. They are not accepting the delivery printout. Mooiriver mall potchefstroom. Please assist.
PNP has no online shopping in North West province, not even a drop down with no stores like Northern Cape. Just bottles which is limiting. Yet we have a hyper store in Klerksdorp with no online shopping or delivery of hyper store offering.
I have been using Zulzi since mid 2021. What a wow! Great specials, timeous, communication, convenience, friendly staff, and again specials. 😀 It really is great, some of the things do run out quicker but overall 👌
Game Online shopping has turned my mouth sour. I placed an order about a month ago. Have been struggling with delivery till today. Mails come saying order cancelled, then others say order on its way. Eventually it arrived only to find half the staff ordered. What a wow!

I just wanted to give credit where its due. Earlier in the month I discovered that I had been bill for ShowMax which I had not subscribed to. I called, inboxed and complained at the consumer ombudsman as I wasn't getting any joy. While waiting for feedback from the ombudsman I received a courtesy call from dstv to check if my query had been resolved accordingly. My bill was lower due to the credits received. Though there seemed like my case was not being attended to, I the background it was. Thank you dstv for this, it would just be great if you acknowledge receipt of messages and update us on progress.
Dstv has been charging me for showmax without my consent and they are refusing to refund.
I'm a long standing customer of this group but my last transaction with them is still not resolved. 2 months later, I bought 1 item and got the other free. One of the two items was broken so I logged a return and it was collected. Till today no replacement or refund was processed. I've been sent from pillar to post. There were furniture pieces so it's a big loss for me because over and above the cost I've spend on delivery. Totally disappointed. You've definitely lost a client.
2 online orders have outstanding queries for more than 2months now. i only get feedback when i call. been calling almost every week with no success, escalations don't help either. TFG's after sales service is pathetic and the couriers are just as inconveniencing.
