2-to 10 working days for delivery of an online order! It's 2022, wake up Leroy Merlin, this is not acceptable in 2022.
Supernova Studio always give excellent service when placing online orders. The orders are correct and delivery is fast.
Telkom came to install fiber on Sunday 27 Jun 2021. They removed my working ADSL line and pulled the fiber into my house. The fiber was terminated and connected. It did not work. They promised somebody would be here early on 28 Jun 2021 to fix the problem. Nobody has contacted me or been here to fix the problem. The Telkom help desk at 10213 tells me I must wait until Wednesday 30 Jun 2021 for the technician to come and fix the problem, they refuse to allow me to speak to a supervisor. This is not acceptable, Both my wife and I work from home. We will be without internet for 3 days and cannot do anything about it.
The exchange in my area was down for a month. They still billed me. I have moved physical address, and cancelled my internet with 3rd party provide. It will now take a further month to change the line from the third party to Telkom even though it has already been transffered to them 14 days ago. In the mean time I am expected to pay while I do not have internet. I have been a customer of Telkom for 30 years and this is the service I get???
