One of the worst experiences of my life. Lies, poor service and no chance of getting your deposit back without legal action. They are not registered with the PPRA, so no accountability at a regulating authority. Use them at your peril.
I have phoned Vodacom's helpline 135 ten times now to get a problem with my voicemail fixed. They promise to phone me back, but never do. They are truly and utterly useless.
I cancelled a contract with MTN on 27-01-2020, however they have continued to deduct money from my bank account for the last 4 months. Numerous calls and e-mails have had no effect. It is impossible to get out of a contract with these people!
I cancelled my service with Telkom in June 2017, however they continue to send me bills, that have now gone up to almost R900. I have sent e-mails and submitted disputes, but the disputes have disappeared, and I only get automated responses on my e-mails.
