This is one of the worst service providers in the world. I have reported my line about a year ago and hen they send me a letter confirming that they are not going to fix it because of copper theft. For a year I get an account of R0.00 and they owe me R383.73. Now all of a sudden I get 2 account for the last 2 months (still no service). Really Telkom are you trying to steal now?
