Earning interest on holding deposits
I paid a holding depost and cancelled the deal. It has been 10 days and I am still waiting for my refund. Delay tactics include that I need to submit proof of banking, which have been provided and twice was I told to wait 3 days to process....

Don't trust We buy cars to register vehicle after payment
I bought a vehicle for my daughter on 25 November. The sales person said that the vehicle will be registered within 3 days. We only got the message yesterday 13 December, to collect the paperwork. My daughter's work hours make it impossible to collect and the call centre as well as Brackenfell admin are just not interested to assist.
