You guys are unbelievable.You blacklist someone for not paying their Telkom account but you have never transferred my line to the new premises.Been waiting a year for it to be done.WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU ????????
Careful all contractors this company will get you to do services on their water equipment and not make payment as promised.To me that is straight theft.No other way to put it.If you don't have the money do not ask for service.
Applied in April for line transfer and still nothing but very easy to keep taking money even if there is no line installed. Cancelled the old line but still being invoiced every month.
I purchased items this morning at Builders Warehouse and the prices on the shelf are not the same after being scanned.<br> I bought 3 different items<br> 15mm braided hose.600mm Price at till R58 and on shelf R48.<br> 22mm braided hose.1000mm Price at till R135 and on shelf R116.<br> 15mm male couplings Price at till R42 and price on the shelf R16.<br> I called the manger and the only thing he had to say was it is a loading fault.<br> 3 different items bought and all 3 marked wrong.How many more items are on the shelves?
I bought a ticket for my mother in December to come down to visit. Unfortunately she could not make it due to being diagnosed with brain cancer and not being able to fly at the time.I asked for a refund on the ticket and all went well.2 weeks ago I made an enquiry because I still have not received my refund until they informed me today that the ticket can not be refunded.Very disgusted with there service.Will not be using them again.Full of stupid excuses not to refund.
