I am actually quite disgusted with the way Daddy's Deals(vaguely)dealt with a complaint I made. I bought a voucher for a Zip Line ride for 2 people, this voucher came with a R50discount voucher per person for quad bike riding - there were NO limitations/conditions mentions. I emailed the supplier to get their price list &availability. On this pricelist they listed a 1/2 hour quad bike tour - not once did they say that this was \not a usual tour\" or that it could not be booked except for team building (if this is the case, why is it on their normal price list - or shouldn't it at least say by arrangement only, or for team building only - or something similar?).When I tried to book for the zipline & 1/2 hour quad bike tour through the voucher, I was suddenly told by the supplier that the voucher was not valid for 1/2 hour tours, only 1 hour tours (this was NOT listed as a condition!) when I pointed that out, suddenly the story changed &1/2 hour tours were only available for team building? Daddy's deals have done NOTHING to fix this, they offered a refund - surely they should make the supplier stick to the deal purchased? If not, why on earth buy from them?Have now been ignored. "
Absolutely furious. Worst customer service ever from Debonairs Westville. Placed an order online AND paid for it. Got a phone call from debonairs saying they're closed and I can either get my order tomorrow or get a refund which will take 2-3 days to process. WTF! How on earth can they accept payment if they're closed?? AND why must I wait 2-3 days for a refund? This seems absolutely ridiculous. Although I really should have known better ; every single time I try order from Debonairs there is some issue. Definitely done with them and their pathetic excuse of customer service.
I bought a daddy's deal voucher a little while ago, and the service provider is giving me hassles to use it. They keep adding in conditions of use which were not stated on the voucher. I emailed daddy's deals over a week ago to complain about the issue. They are still yet to respond to me.

So today for my husbands birthday he really wanted to spend the day by a pool - we no longer have a pool - however he really didn't want to be around a lot of people, which left me with quite a dilemma to give him what he wanted for his birthday. We made a booking at a lodge to spend the day there, have lunch and use their pool, who let us down at the last minute and decided they actually don't allow \that sort of thing". Late last night"
I am SO disappointed in Debonairs. A few weeks ago I complained about the double crammed crust being changed online with little attention brought to it, and I then ordered the wrong thing.<br> <br> Debonairs were great, they replaced my pizza - made the double crammed crust for me and it was delicious!! I was told that it could be ordered in store , yet my husband went in store on Sunday evening and was told he could not order it as they no longer did it, how did this change in the space of two weeks?<br> <br> We eventually settled for another pizza which was okay, not great. We also ordered Chutney pop itz (delicious usually). Unfortunately when he got home and we started eating, we discovered that we had actually received the ham and spring onion pop itz, which I found to be quite bland.<br> <br> So disappointed in debonairs again, why do they only give us delicious food after a complaint? Is it really so bad to expect the same level always? I get so excited to get pizza - it really is such a treat and I'm so sad that Debonairs let me down once again
I am SO frustrated!! Lately my internet barely works. It works on and off, and is SUPER SLOW!! When I'm lucky enough to actually be able to be online, it is ridiculously slow!! I pay for a 4mbps line....Well I just did a speed test, and the download speed is 2.17 and upload speed 0.07!! This is ridiculous, almost half the speed I pay for! It also seems to be far worse at night than during the day?
Debonairs Double Crammed Crust pizza has been mine and my husband's absolute favourite pizza since it first came out. We have started a low-carb diet lately and therefore hadn't had pizza in about a month or two. I was savouring my \cheat meal""
So in SEPTEMBER FNB offered me to upgrade my gold credit card to platinum. I accepted. It was supposed to be delivered to me, I AM STILL WAITING. My gold card was immediately cancelled and I can see the account switch on my online banking, however I DO NOT HAVE my platinum card, and now my gold card doesn't work! SO frustrating.
My cellphone network was switched off beginning of September. I did not think anything of it, as I had cancelled the contract. Due to having cancelled it a while ago, I could not remember whether the cancellation was in effect from September or October. Since the phone had no network - I assumed September. But 1 Oct, Cell C took money off my account for this INACTIVE cellphone! Very unimpressed and I want a refund. I will NOT pay for an account which was not available to me!
