IMPOSSIBLE TO COMMUNICATE
Tried solving a post sale issue via Takealot. So sad no-one answers land line or emails. Loosing trust from my side. Such a pitty. Products seems good, but lack of coms.....mmmmm. Wishing you well for the future.

Supersonic incompetence
Been handed over to Supersonic's attorneys for no reason. Then they *******ly deduct almost R1500 off my account without my consent. Tried contact them on all mediums possible. Being ignored. Even the legal team I've been handed over to doesn't seem to have a clue. Trying to get hold of someone in there accounts department. I've never come across such a bunch of *********** people ever. All of a sudden I'm getting charged for 2 contracts when I've ever just app**** for one. Going to try and contact Annari Bonthuys. Apparently she is the one to resolve issues. If I cannot get hold of this person, I guess the legal route and the consumer ombudsman is the next step.

MAK-1 Realty crooks
These people, first traded under the name "Interealty", placed dodgy tennants in our house that bred dogs and totally vandalised the place costing us about 200k in damages including loss of income. They changed their name to MAK1 Realty, moved to Spain and refused to pay back our rental deposit. We've in the interim connected with more victims caught out by these people and their scam and is on the verge of aproaching interpol to bring them to justice. Watch this space.....

Gables Inn a big NO-NO
Horrible place, unsafe parking, main gate never closed. Security guard is a local walking around with a stick. Admitted to me there has been incidents with criminals jumping the fence, stealing stuff out of and from vehicles especially during load shedding. Neighbours came home after midnight ****ging and screaming so load we couldnt sleep. Receptionist very unprofessional. Water was leaking from the toilet. I will not reccomend this place, sorry.
