Still no response from them. Floors get progressively worse over time. They have no blocked us on Whats app and Facebook. 30k down the drain.
Had a really disappointing lunch and the complaint wasn't even addressed by the manager. Walked out with a R230 bill still hungry and annoyed. Pork trinchado tasted like rubber in packet soup sauce.
Our experiences started off well. We were urged to post a positive review which we did at the time. Shortly after this we noticed the floor wasn't sealed properly. And this after the second time they came back to patch. Our floors were checked and we were told they had to remove our tiles to avoid any cracking otherwise they would not give us a warranty. A couple of months later the floors are cracked every where and now we are told there is nothing that can be done to fix the issue aside from putting an epoxy coat over the damaged floor to prevent further cracking. If they redo the floors it will crack again. Surely this shouldve been noted upon assessment of the job We would never have gone ahead had we known this would be the outcome. So much for the 5 year warranty. We were offered this service as well as a coating over a new piece of floor free of charge. The extra piece has never been done, they have avoided messages, not come back at the promised times. The outside section was done when it was obviously about to rain and thus the floors and the finish were damaged and patched terribly. Always stories about being out of the country or province or waiting for material or applicators. So now a year later we are sitting with patchy, ugly, cracked floors and not a single care to contact us.
After an unfortunate incident involving me, a storm drain and a car delivery truck I found myself at dealership trying to find compensation for a burst Tyre. At first I received quite the cold shoulder, unfriendly and unhelpful attitude from the first consultant I spoke with. Unhappy with the turn of events I asked for the Dealer principal, I'm bad with names but if I recall he goes by Brett. Immediately his willingness to listen to the event and take part in a conversation about the matter was fantastic. Blame could easily have been passed to the third party but this DP offered to pay for a new Tyre although I felt half was fair. He introduced me to his service manager who continued this brilliant attitude and desire to sort out the situation. <br> <br> These guys could've walked away from the situation but went the extra mile to keep me happy. I have never been a Hyundai customer but next time I'm in the market for a new car I will pop past this dealership in the hopes of experiencing this \extra mile\" service again. "
