Hi I would like to let you know that the new blue colour toothpaste, repair and protect mint - is terrible!! why has it been changed from the white colour to the blue and it does not blend well either once you brush? It is not the same at all? and my teeth are now actually very sensitive after years of using the white colour. What on earth is going on? This toothpaste is already expensive and now you change the repair and protect mint for the worse. I don't think I or my whole family will be using this anymore.

My husband got ****med today of R4900 got a call from "Absa bank" telling him to put their app on his phone because someone tried to take money from him ,and send cash to back to himself. How do these thieving evil wicked people get away with this and get this right. A long standing loyal customer of more than 28 years with Absa, never had the app before not aware of how this all works, and just like that how can this happen technology has become a devil??? We phoned Absa to stop the cards and their story is they are doing this to many people and there is no guarantee of us getting the money back??? we need to pay rent with ???? This is *******!!!!!!! if they are doing this to many people why are Absa not doing something about this we are demanding our money back we have rent to pay !!!!!!!!!!
Unbelievable our company uses DPD laser /dawn wing to do our deliveries, you have drivers couriers who don't even know how to find a location and then when they call you to ask you where you are, they use your air time ?? How on earth is this possible?? I received a call today from a courier asking my location and they deliver there regularly mind you, then I get cut off the call to figure out they somehow used my air time but they made the call to me and left me with no air time??? Is this not *****??? now this company's service is terrible
Checkers The Glen and Glenvista shopping centre, we buy most our groceries from Checkers, I don't know what they are doing with their extra lean mince lately but there is a big difference and I know it well, we are paying more than ever now for extra lean mince, extra lean mince is usually more pricey than the ground mince and lean mince but why should we be paying more now for extra lean mince when it's so fatty and tastes fatty, it has hard chunks of fat in it aswell, it's almost as if they are packing ground mince and labelling it extra lean mince ??? What is going on ? This needs to change this wasn't so about two months ago extra lean mince is not fatty and greasy???? This is not good??
We have had the worst network from Vodacom lately, we have made numerous calls to them and still we keep getting cut on and off, it works for five minutes then we get cut off, and kicked out, then we have to wait another five minutes before it works again, kids are doing home schooling and doing assessments and getting kicked out with our WiFi, and now we can't even make calls there is a big problem with Vodacom network lately, what is going on? We moved from another network to Vodacom and we were told that this would be better but it seems worse. We are paying for this service
Vodacom service is terrible, we changed from mweb because we had endless problems with WiFi, slow and lagging all the time. We came to Vodacom, hoping for a better service and connection everything was perfect when they were getting the deal done, assured us that it would be better, we are in now about five months & we are now faced with the same issues? Gave them a call 2 weeks ago the guy said he would call us back the next day he never did, we went into the store today & this is the cherry on the cake of it all, the attitude and the most ********* service we recieved in the store, walked inn the store & we just get looked at by three different people just sitting there not wanting to help? The attitude is enough to put a person off ever doing business with Vodacom again I mean we are paying for the service, if it is not for your customers how would any one of them have jobs and how would you be in business? They spoke between each other in a different language & laughed who knows what was said only them ?Do you call this ethical or customer service?I want to know how we can cancel everything we have with Vodacom? their response call cancellation with a no care ATTITUDE!! what on earth? Perhaps you don't need customers
I haven't received my parcel for two days now? I get sent a message early in the morning to say it's on for delivery, but nothing!! Their email don't work both of them. I requested a call back they don't call back ? I called held on for 30 minutes and when someone finally answered they drop the phone in my ear?? Is this what you call customer services ? This is the service we get and pay for? It's impossible to reach anyone at this business Why are you in business? I want to know where my order is?
