I have been paying for fiber internet and a static public ip for roughly 2 years, Webafrica is the ISP and Vumatel the FNO. I pay extra for a static public ip because i host my own online services. I have been adown for 5 days and Vumatel just decides to issue me with a new public ip without prior notification or anything. This is the second time this has happened. Why do i pay extra for something if the provider just changes it when they feel like? I cannot believe i am the only one with this problem. Vumatel has no right to change things on my account without communication. I hope more people complain.
<p>Utterly disappointed with the lack of Communication from Takealot, Ordered something on 15th of November, Delivery was due 1 Dec. No Communication about any delays etc. 1st Dec I log ticket via email. 4th Dec get am email about Delivery Issues/Delays. 5th Dec I call in, same story. Lastnight at 8:30pm I get an email from Debbie Erasmus, to Cancel the order blah blah. Note the order was on the 15th of November!!! Absolutely shocking!</p>
