On the 24/12/2023 myself and 2 friends went for a few drinks each paying for them self. Mine was on tab and the other 2 payed cash for each round. When my bill came all these cash transactions was billed on my account. When queried nothing was done. Even with great vibe, this was a truly bad experience
Call center requested that Wayne that is in processing the claim will contact me back as soon as possible. This was 2 October. Since then no phone call and i had to contact the call center again on the 5th, 6th & 7th. Still no call back regarding an update on the process of claim. All promises but no delivery of promise! <br> <br> How do you do business with a company if they can not even make a phone call ?<br> <br>
I'm using their 1Mb uncapped line and must say this is no fun. Connection drops, Page formats open wrongly and the list goes on. I contacted Total Locksmith explaining what happened. My car had to be opened and gear lock had to be removed. Very nice gentleman came out, and told me that he couldn't get the ignition off. The boot lock was removed and taken away to cut another key. I was then phoned and told that they couldn't use it and had to get the ignition lock. They then came back and removed the ignition. The owner, Danny, spoke to me a few times, sounding very condescending! He even wanted me to drive the car down to Pinetown, using a screwdriver! The next day they came back to take the car down to the workshop to put all the locks back. I was the phoned again by Danny, insisting that I go down to fetch my car, which I couldn't do. I was also told that I can not get my car until I paid the account of R1909,50(For 3 call outs and a new gear lock). I explained that I needed to get to the bank before I could pay, as my accounts were frozen. The 2nd time they came out was because they didn't do the job properly the 1st time!
