I recommend you send me some direct email address i may send my complaint through to. 1000 characters on your websites complainant section is not enough to voice the bad service i have received from you.<br> <br> Before i name and shame you Outsurance, i would like to address my issue professionally and responsibly. Please reply back with an address of someone in management as this an extremely serious and sensitive matter.
Will try my best to keep this short and sweet as if i have to vent i will be here for a long time! What ever you do, do not trust this company! I think they are a fly by night company and are shafting a ton of people. When you purchase products from the they require you pay in full for the items and they then give you a lead time for when the items will be delivered in my case 2-3 weeks. These were paid in full on the 4 April 2015 and to this date i have not received my order. I have sent a countless number of emails and phone calls but they do not bother to reply. I have been left with no other option but to get my legal team involved. <br> <br> AGAIN I SAY STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!
