On Saturday i bought a R30 airtime and i convert it to data R29 for 100mb,i receive and sms saying that its been successfully loaded a minute later i recieved another sms saying that my data had been depleted,i was so cross,i phone the customer call center were they couldn't help me but can lay a complaint and they will get back to me,i got a call saying that i use up the data and its accounted for,now you tell me all my background data is switch off how is that possible for 100mb in a minute to be used up,but that the feedback that im getting from the call center and who am i to argue with them,funny the Sunday i bought another R20 i didn't convert it and it lasted for 2 days,so if it was my phone wouldn't that also depleted my airtime you people really thing we are stupid
in Oct 2014 i bought a Audi A3 and paid R105,000 cash i drove the car for a month and half than the engine collapse,i made contact with the dealer and they insisted that its wear and tear and that they not going to assist me with it,after a few day going back and forth with them to no avail,i contacted a mechanic were i forfeit my warranty i played right into they hands,<br> <br> i will never buy from Alpen Autohaus cause they selling defected vehicles to the public,they didn't had a problem with my money when i bought the car,i spoke to Mr Noddy even he say that i had a claim cause its the structure of my vehicle that collapse,<br> Mr Regardt went on holiday cause it's not his problem,i bought the vehicle on 137km and when it broke down it was on 140km<br> <br> But good luck to Alpen Autohaus hope your business will prospur by selling defected vehicles to the public
I was at the store last week sat cause im due for an upgrade,nobody was available to assist me,but they took down my details for one of the consultants to give me a call by Mon,today is Friday still no answer from them,you cant even get through on the land line number that they provide,ringing from 09h00 till closing time were are the customer service
