I received and set up a kids electric bike from an online purchase on the 26th February 2026 only to discover it was not working. I logged a call the very same day ! I requested that the unit be replaced or I get a full refund, but customer service keeps sending me "repairs that will be done" I was told to send pictures of the unit and to send it to the nearest branch. I booked the unit in on Saturday 28th FEB, I was sent multiple REFs with JD Service Centre: I received a call on the 5th March from a representative of JD Service center: He wanted to know if the unit is with me. I advised him it is with the store in Kenilworth. He said he is in JHB and will have to video call someone to see the unit. I am extremely frustrated because I keep calling in to follow up and nothing is being done. They keep also telling me to speak to this person and then to another. Log more calls, more refs, with no updates. Never purchase anything from HiFi Corp online, because they don't respect the consumer protection act! You wont get a refund or replacement of your item. Up until today, i have heard no feedback from them. Ill never buy from them again! This is a something a ***** will do!
<p>Dear BMW Claremont</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I am extremely disappointed and irate that you have people working for you who have no idea how to deal with customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>I took my vehicle in for a 20 point check on behalf of a possible buyer who was paying for the check.</p> <p>We met there on morning of the 29th November 2016 and booked my vehicle in to Collin.</p> <p>At about 16:30 the same day the prospective buyer contacted me that BMW advised my vehicle is ready for collection. I briefly checked the vehicle on the outside and noticed a few marks on the bottom right hand side of the rear bumper that where never there before!</p> <p>I called Collin who then called the “Service Manager” (Mark) and to his surprise it was caused by pipes that were moved around the car. He quickly got some polish on a blue rag to try and get the marks off. Most of the marks are gone, but there are still marks didn’t come out!</p> <p> </p> <p>I left there not happy about this and the fact that my car was clean and they left oily finger marks all over the vehicle and didn’t bother to wipe it off.</p> <p>Upon my return home, as I got out I noticed there was a hole in the soft top that was never there before!</p> <p>I called Collin the next day and he advised I must bring the vehicle in again to get them to look at it. He again called the Service Manager (Mark) who look at it once, shrugged his shoulders and told me they didn’t work on the roof and walked away.</p> <p> </p> <p>Just like that! I left early from work to bring my vehicle in for some service manager to barley look at it and walk away like he had better things to do. He didn’t even apologise after polishing the marks left by “pipes” on my bumper. This time he just shrugged his shoulders looked at me, like it’s my problem now.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am extremely sad that I left my vehicle in BMW care and they didn’t have the decency to look after it. I am shocked that the service manager “Mark” lied to me in my face when he said that they didn’t work on the roof when the job card shows that they did. Collin doesn’t seem bothered by the state of my vehicle but who cares about an old 1998 Z3!</p> <p> </p>
Commendable service from Igsaaan, really going the extra mile.<br> <br> I have been battling with a plumbing company that purchased and installed cobra sanitary ware for me then ended up not completing the work and not providing my sanware parts. <br> I eventually gave up as they ignored me for a few months then I decided to get someone else to complete the work. <br> I had mixers installed which needed cover plates and handles. I managed to get Igsaans's details from a plumbing supplier who couldn't assist with Cobra spares.<br> I called Igsaan and he provided me with the cover plates and handles which I collected, one of the cover plates was incorrect and he obliged to drop it off at my home.<br> <br> I really appreciated the service I got from him as he was extremely professional and delivered the extra mile.<br> <br> Well Done and Thank you
