Experienced poor service from the owner especially after seeing that the car was involved in an accident. He saying that I’m telling him nonsense and how he doesn’t need my business whatsoever. He even threw his hands in my face. Not only was it unprofessional but it was very poor customer service. People should be careful of his cars.
It was a great one, she was well informed and provided a detailed information while making my experience with Cartrack a great one. I wanted to cancel but because of her, I am staying with Cartrack.
I would really love to thank Mr Thabang Phaloane (ABSA FASTBuy) not only for your help but also the manner that you handled everything when you assisted me with the car. The level of customer service and how he engaged me, speaks volumes about how serious he takes his job. He really made me feel special and a valuable client to Absa bank especially after receiving horrible service from others. I was more than prepared to even stop using ABSA as my main Bank but he really renewed my love and hope with the Bank. He is indeed an asset to the company and would definitely recommend you to many of my friends and family members. Thank you once again for your excellent customer service and the love, passion and dedication shown in assisting me, many are not lucky enough to receive the service I did.
I've never received such a horrible customer service ever. On the 7th of July 2023, I took one of my cars to be assessed at Carzuka in East Gate Mall. I met one of the Assessors Sakhile Mokoena, who showed no form of interest in assessing my car let alone his job. Already when he walked up to me, he said and I quote: "Your car is very problematic and here we do not want them" I asked if he ever owned one or is he a qualified technician from Jaguar/Landrover? he said NO. Already he he was negative and his negativity transitioned into resentment and bad attitude towards me and him performing his duties of assessing the car. I was there for 3 long hours and when he came back, he said he will give me answers after I send him the service history. When sending him the service history as requested, he confused the actual mileage and the mileage of the next service saying the readings on my car are inconsistent suggesting that MitMak Motors committed ***** of reversing the kilometers on the car when they sold it to me then he went on to lie about his manager Irvan Verhoog saying that he is not interested in doing the car. I called his manager who even said, what I was told does not sound right and that made me realize that in Sakhile Mokoena, not only am I dealing with a pathological **** who does not have the interest of his work and clients at heart. I would like to warn others not to agree to be assisted by Sakhile Mokoena at Carzuka and be saved from a ********** pain and suffering.
On the 2nd of September 2022 I was ****med funds and reported the matter to CAPITEC accordingly, However I was asked to do an affidavit, open a case with the police and send a copy of my I.D or Passport in order for me to be assisted further in obtain the refund of the recovered funds and of which I did and sent it through to them on the 23 and 24 September 2022 on the following email address as provided by them: BSCdisputed@capitecbank.co.za. I even sent the same documents to Ncebakazi Mthi on the 27 September 2027 who said there was no response from UTD then again I sent the requested documents to Bongani Mlaba on the 14 of November 2022 after making numerous phone calls and holding for long without any assistance. Until today, no one is giving me any feedback whatsoever nor refunding me the funds recovered. Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
After being frustrated in buying the first car in one week and nearly walking away from buying the second car because of poor service delivery from one of the sales executive's at the dealer, thank God I met Mr Gerhard Van Den Heever, who showed me and my wife that he is THE KING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, his communication skills are out of this world and most importantly, he keeps to his deadlines. He is the man of his word, a deal that took more than 4 days on the first car with us visiting the dealership for nothing, on the second one he excelled and did everything in two days. As a returning customer to MIT MAK Motors, he renewed my love and passion of the dealership. He salvaged what was a lost deal for the dealership as I was walking away from them for good. He is so friendly, u will love him and will definitely give him more business, he is an asset to the company and Mr Bobby who is the dealership Principal, should definitely ensure that he is well looked after, he will do magic to the Company. Now if there is anywhere we're my family, friends and relatives should buy cars, would definitely be at MITMAK MOTORS. ALL HAIL KING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ALL ASPECTS: Mr Gerhard Van Den HEEVER, I have never been so happy after buying a car in my whole life.
