Contracted for an extention to current house, in Februsry 2023. Build was mostly completed in December 2023. Paid Lee in good faith that he'll sort out any snags. He came to sort out some snags. However wirh recent rain we discovered that roof was not sealed i have sent photos and numerous messages and calls to come sort out the very bad leak which has now damged the cupboards installed. He has failed to respondto any of my calls or messages., with no response from Lee. He also assured me (and it's on his quote) that he is a registered builder. I can't find record of him on NHBRC web. He has not provided the required certificates for the build to he signed off. He has been paid in full and has not held up his part of the agreement. I am now left with no option but to employ someone to fix the roof and trademan to sign off electrical, pumbing etc this will cost me in addition to the build. Do not use this builder who is based in Haarlem Strret, Stellenryk, Bellville, Cape Town who trades as Lee Pieterse, Pinnacle Construction. Also how do I hold this man accountable?

Telkom activated a mobile contract in my name and I've been trying since 19 January 2019 to get it cancelled. Each month I get billed, I reverse the billing and now I've received a final written warning. I also found out I have several prepaid sims in my name. When I asked if this is fraud they said no, just an error. Yet I'm wasting time trying to get this contracts cancelled and for them to stop billing me. I await feedback from fraud department but am afraid that I won't get much joy. How do I get this issue resolved. Seems it's a common problem with Telkom!
