Arnold Chatz Constantiakloof has given me the worst service I ever experienced in my life. My new Citroen C3 looses 2l of oil every 1000km and they refuse to admit that it is a factory fault and refund me. It has been 56 days of giving me the runaround with no action. NEVER buy any brand under Stellantis. You'll have car installments, months of headaches, no car and answers like 'we don't know what is wrong, we are waiting for diagnostics from Morocco'.
I placed an order beginning of March. They said it was delayed until end of March. NO DELIVERY to date (6 May) NO REPLY to multiple emails(at least 10). NO ANWER to calls. Just nothing!!!! I want my money back.
After struggling for a while a consultant called me back and stayed on the line with me until my issues was resolved.

I received excellent service from Marcelle at Matrix Cresta. My laptop crashed on Saturday and he had it fixed by Tuesday. During the festive season no less! And he called me often with updates on what was happening. He was able to save all my data. Very happy with their service. Thank you again!!!!
